Further progress has been made at 1-2 Minden, all the scaffolding has now been taken down and we are now just weeks away from the official opening which take place on the 11th July
The development will provide 31 homes and 2 shops on the old scope furnishing site.
The company has been involved in various elements of the development to include;
Voisin Hunter Limited– Housing Trust Property Management
MDW Limited – Clerk of works
Buckley and Company Limited – Original acquisition of the site, development consultancy and shop lettings
